FAQ
Everything you need to know about how we remove bad Google reviews, our pricing, and what to expect.
No. We cannot guarantee removal of any specific review. Google makes the final decision. However, we only take on reviews that violate Google's published policies, and we only charge our $199 success fee if the review is actually removed. If we can't remove it, you don't pay the success fee. Your subscription ($0.99 first month, then $25/month — or $225/year annual) covers monitoring, analysis, and unlimited flagging attempts.
We can pursue removal of reviews that violate Google's Content & Review Policies, including:
We will not pursue genuine, factually accurate negative reviews from real customers.
It varies. Some reviews are removed within days of flagging. Others require multiple escalation rounds and can take weeks. Google's review process is opaque — there's no published timeline. We monitor every flagged review continuously and escalate at every available opportunity until we get a final decision.
No. We do not log into your Google account. We operate as your authorized agent. When we submit a removal request, we include a formal Authorization Letter — signed by you digitally — that authorizes us to act on your behalf in communications with Google. This is the same legal framework that authorized representatives use in trademark and copyright disputes.
We analyze the rejection, identify any additional policy angles, and escalate through Google Business Profile support. If all escalation paths are exhausted and Google upholds the review, we close that case — and you pay nothing for it. You're only charged the $199 success fee when a review is actually removed.
Two simple charges:
No hidden fees, no setup costs, no contracts.
The monthly subscription ($0.99 first month, then $25/month — or $225/year annual) covers the ongoing cost of monitoring your profile 24/7, analyzing every new review against Google's policies, and preparing flagging documentation. The $199 success fee aligns our incentives: we only get paid extra when we actually deliver results. If we can't remove a review, you don't pay the success fee. Period.
No. The success fee is charged only AFTER a review has been confirmed removed by Google. It's billed to your payment method at the end of the calendar month in which the removal occurred. You will never be charged a success fee for a review that is still visible.
Yes, anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep all monitoring and active removal efforts until then. There are no cancellation fees and no contracts. If you have outstanding success fees from reviews removed during the billing cycle, those are charged upon cancellation.
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All payments are processed in USD. If you need an alternate payment method for enterprise accounts, contact us.
A "bad" review is any negative feedback — and if it's genuine, it should stay. A "policy-violating" review breaks Google's rules: it's fake, from a non-customer, harassment, contains personal information, or was posted by a competitor.
We only pursue policy violations. Genuine negative reviews from real customers are valuable feedback that helps you improve — and they help other consumers make informed decisions.
Currently, we focus on Google Business Profile reviews, as they have the highest visibility and impact on local SEO. We're expanding to Trustpilot and other platforms.
Note: Yelp has very strict Terms of Service that prohibit third-party review management services, so we do not offer Yelp removal. Contact us about specific platforms.
We monitor flagged reviews continuously. If a reviewer edits their review to remove the policy-violating content, that may resolve the issue. If they edit it to make it worse, we update our flagging accordingly. Either way, we keep tracking until there's a resolution.
No. Google does not notify reviewers when their review is flagged. The flagging process is between us (as your agent) and Google's moderation team.
Yes. We operate strictly as your authorized agent, submitting flagging requests through Google's official channels using formal Authorization Letters. We do not hack, bribe, or use any prohibited methods. We cite specific Google policy violations and let Google's moderation team make the final decision.
This is the same legal framework used by authorized representatives in trademark disputes and DMCA takedown requests.
We share only what's necessary to submit flagging requests on your behalf — your business name, profile URL, and the Authorization Letter — directly with Google. We do not sell your data. Payment data is processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified) and we never store your full card details.
Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Our full Terms and Conditions cover representation of authority, service description, the no-guarantee clause, pricing, liability, indemnification, and governing law (Victoria, Australia).
Key points: we operate as your authorized agent, we don't guarantee removal, and the $199 success fee is only charged for successful removals.
