The Problem

Bad Reviews Are Killing Your Business

It's not just a bruised ego. Every fake review, every malicious 1-star, every vindictive comment from someone who was never your customer — they're dragging your rating down and quietly stealing your revenue.

Fake Reviews from Non-Customers

Someone who never spent a dollar with you can tank your reputation with a single 1-star review. Google's algorithm can't always tell the difference. We can.

Competitor Sabotage

Unethical competitors weaponise reviews to push you down the local pack. Every fake review they plant costs you real customers searching nearby.

Disgruntled Ex-Employees

Fired staff leaving weaponised 1-star reviews as retaliation. This is a clear Google policy violation — and we know exactly how to escalate it for removal.

Google's Opaque Flagging

You clicked "Flag." Nothing happened. Google's flagging system is a black box. Our insider expertise targets the exact policy clauses that trigger removal.

Revenue Bleed Below 4.0

68% of consumers won't consider a business below 4 stars. Drop below that threshold and the phone stops ringing. It's a compound, compounding loss.

The Injustice of It All

You built this business. You put in the years, the sweat, the investment. Now a stranger's lie is costing you customers and you feel powerless to stop it.

The Protocol

How We Bust Your Bad Reviews

No magic. No black-hat tricks. Just precise application of Google's own published policies.

Audit & Identify

We scan your profile, identify reviews that violate Google's policies, and build a case file for each one. No genuine complaints touched.

Flag & Escalate

We flag each review under the specific Google policy it violates — fake content, conflict of interest, harassment, impersonation. Then we escalate through proper channels.

Legal Letter

When flagging alone doesn't work, we generate a formal Letter of Authorization and escalate through legal channels to force Google's hand.

Review Removed

Google removes the policy-violating review. You see the success fee only when a review is actually gone. No removal, no fee.

Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you guarantee my bad review will be removed?

No. We cannot and do not guarantee removal of any specific review. Google makes the final decision. However, we only take on reviews that violate Google's published policies, and we only charge our $199 success fee if the review is actually removed. If we can't remove it, you don't pay the success fee.

What types of reviews can be removed?

We target reviews that violate Google's policies:

  • Fake reviews from people who were never your customer
  • Competitor sabotage (conflict of interest)
  • Reviews from disgruntled ex-employees
  • Off-topic content
  • Harassment or personal attacks
  • Illegal content
  • Impersonation
  • Reviews containing personal information (PII)

We do not remove genuine customer complaints.

How much does it cost?

$0.99 for your first month, then $25/month for monitoring and unlimited removal requests. When we successfully remove a review, there's a one-time $199 success fee. No removal means no success fee. Annual plans available at $225/year (save 25%).

Do you remove Yelp reviews?

No. Yelp's Terms of Service prohibit third-party removal services. We focus exclusively on Google reviews, which allow legal flagging and policy-based removal. Any service promising Yelp removal is violating Yelp's terms and putting you at risk.

Is this legal? Will Google penalise my account?

Yes, it's legal. We only remove reviews that violate Google's own published policies. We're not gaming the system — we're enforcing it. Because we never target genuine reviews, your account is not at risk of being banned or penalised by Google.
